Tim, Hampshire - "A week ago I bought some of your larger pimientos and promised to give you feedback on my culinary experiments. I told you that I would get in touch. The pimientos were superb. I halved and de-seeded them, then stuffed them with a mixture of minced beef and pork. A covering of Parmesan and breadcrumbs and baked the whole lot for about 40 minutes."
